At Innovative Ticket Solutions (ITS), we’ve been transforming the ticketing experience since 2006. Guided by innovation, flexibility, and a relentless focus on customer experience, we deliver cutting-edge solutions that help venues, events, and attractions grow and operate in new ways.

Since our beginnings, we’ve been setting industry standards. As the first North American provider to deliver mobile tickets via SMS/MMS, we redefined convenience. These tickets could be redeemed using Point of Service scanners connected to computers or via handheld scanners using cellular connectivity—another North American first.

Our innovation continued with groundbreaking achievements. In 2016, we partnered with the Las Vegas Monorail and CES to create a world-first solution: a single secure NFC card that served as a conference badge, Monorail pass, and electric bike access credential.

We followed this milestone by collaborating with Google and NXP Semiconductors to launch the first ticket credential stored on a mobile phone’s secure element. This advancement, known as MiFare 2Go, allows tickets to be stored securely within a phone’s specialized secure enclave, providing an elevated level of security and fraud protection.
